                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH L & L
                   CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
                   RELATIVE TO MAINTAINING THE PAVEMENT
                   MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FOR AN AMOUNT OF ONE
                   THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,925.00) PLUS REASONABLE
                   EXPENSES, PER MONTH, FOR A PERIOD NOT TO
                   EXCEED TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       L & L Consultants, Inc., for engineering services relative to
       maintaining the pavement management system for an amount of
       $1,925.00 plus reasonable expenses, per month, for a period not 
to
       exceed twelve (12) months.
